Various duties and responsibilities include:
- High levels of service and implementation on existing transactions
- Abstract tenant leases to develop an understanding of current tenant lease obligations and find ways to mitigate cost and risk
- Organize and evaluate financial documents that pertain to office leasing costs
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Enthusiastic and tireless prospecting for new clients through cold calling, networking and other avenues
- Ability to understand complex legal contracts and lease agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Texas Real Estate License
- Experience in commercial real estate preferred but not required
- Highly motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales & prospecting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Comfortable interacting with social media sites including Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, etc.
Compensation for the Commercial Real Estate Advisors position may be a combination of salary, draw and commission or 100% commission.
