Jen Smith brings more than 15 years of marketing and sales experience in the high tech industry to the Austin, Tx commercial real estate market. Her knowledge and experience in the retail industry has led her to specialize in representing Austin retail space and office space tenants.

Jamie Murray joined Austin Tenant Advisors in March, 2012.  He began as a Commercial Real Estate Associate for the Austin Tenant Advisors team, where he managed the research and marketing initiatives for the company including tenant representation support, lease analysis, blogging, and many other aspects of the business.  He obtained his real-estate license in August of 2012 and has since transitioned into brokerage.

As a Commercial Real Estate broker he spends endless hours researching the most ideal properties for tenants and keeping up with the Austin Commercial Real Estate lease rates and property information to assist in helping buyers and those looking to lease Austin Office Space find the perfect retail, office, or warehouse space for their business.

Jamie is a third generation Austinite and graduated from St. Edward’s University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.  His affiliations with St. Edward’s include the Financial Management Association and Sigma Alpha Pi.

While in school he interned at a wealth management company where he was responsible for creating and organizing financial statements in order for small business owners to maximize their investment potential.  He also interned with fellow Austin Commercial real estate company Oxford Commercial, where he gained experience in the industry by assisting in their research department.  While at Oxford, he worked alongside their research director in evaluating the Austin Commercial Real Estate market, preparing quarterly reports, and analyzing changes in rental rates, occupancy, and new construction projects to the Oxford brokerage team.

When not in the office you can find Jamie competing in numerous Austin sports leagues , at a local dog park with his beloved German Shepherd, Peyton, catching a local show in one of the many Austin live music venues, hiking in the greenbelt and playing bass guitar in his band.
