Nathan Smith specializes in Tenant Representation helping Buyers and Tenants lease and purchase Austin office space, Medical space, Retail space and Industrial space, and has successfully completed over 130 lease and purchase transactions in the Austin area. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Nathan spent 10 years as a sales executive in Medical and Technology sales where he consistently exceeded sales goals while helping to achieve the goals and objectives of many of his Fortune 500 clients. His extensive strategic business acumen and experience in managing complex sales has allowed him to quickly understand and anticipate his client’s commercial real estate needs.

Nathan graduated Cum Laude from Texas State University in 1995, earning a Bachelors of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Business. To help pay for college he served 6 years as a Medic in the Air Force Reserves. He has his Real Estate Brokers License and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Current affiliations include the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Alumni, and a board member for two non-profit organizations, the Town lake YMCA, and Right Course, Inc.

Nathan is happily married to his wife Jennifer and has one son, Ryker. He is also an avid triathlete and cyclist, and competes in many local races as well as an occasional Ironman competition.
