More development projects are expected to take place at The Domain, located in North Austin. Austin Business Journal reports that retail store fronts, office buildings and a multifamily project are currently under construction.
Restoration Hardware is set to open its 48,000 sq. ft. store within the area while an 11-story office building will be developed by HPI Real Estate. Stonelake Capital is expected to construct three buildings with 371 residential units.
Although the key stakeholders of the said projects did not give their official statements, ABJ was able to obtain the information from the Texas Department of Licensing Regulation.
