The two veteran companies in the field of construction will be starting new Austin offices projects soon. They will be building two new Austin offices towers which will be located in downtown.
The redevelopment of Green Water Treatment Plant will be headed by Trammell Co. together with some partners. The component of the tower is not disclosed at the moment. The area where the project is located is one of the intensive development locations in the country.
On the other hand, Schlosser Development Corp. will be doing the proposed office project at 835 W. Sixth Street just east of Whole Foods Market Inc.
