According to recent reports, CEOs are constantly being replaced around Austin as the September C-suite turnovers are starting to normalize. At least 104 CEOs have departed to other companies and since the start of 2015, at least 926 CEO changes have occurred. Most of the CEO changes were reported in the health care and technology sectors. Some of the most notable examples of CEO changes in Austin include NeighborFavor Inc and Forestar Group. St. Jude Medical Inc. has also announced a CEO shift when its incumbent CEO Dan Starks steps out of the position. Some of the CEOS which have been replaced due to legal trouble was Jeff Smisek of United Continental.
