220,000 Square Foot Office Building Planned For Northwest Austin

Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group and Granite Properties is slated to begin construction on a 220,600 square foot office complex in Northwest Austin. Champion Office Park will be located at the corner of RM 2222 and Loop 360, and is the first major office project to be developed in the area in almost 5 years.

The office complex is slated to open in September 2014, and tenants could be allowed to begin interior construction by July 2014. The design will be modern with green-building features, and the project is expected to draw in “traditional suburban tenants, technology and the creative office class.”
