With just 6 months left before 2015 ends, a survey has been conducted by Wasp Barcode Technologies to know the top challenges that small business owners are dealing with this year. According to the 1,000 respondents comprised of business executives and small business owners, they are having difficulties in the following aspects of their business: revenue growth, recruiting employees and boosting profit.
To increase the revenue, owners are advised to focus of improving customer experience. In order to hire best employees, owners should be flexible with their job offer. Meanwhile, more profit can be gained by having feasible business plan.
