Constructive Ventures Inc. has been busy with the current project at Seaholm redevelopment area. It was reported that a huge 50-story building would rise on the site which will provide both residential and commercial spaces. It would be the second tallest building in town next to Austonian.
The project is located near the Lady Bird Lake, east of Seaholm power plant, which is currently being redeveloped.
The building will have 120,000 square feet of space for offices, 15,000 square feet of space for retail businesses and 400 units of condominium. It will display a glass facade surrounded by green space.
