Austin would yet again become the new home of another huge residential development project as CBRE Group inc had bought the 673 acre tract in South Austin for its new project. The development project – known only as Anthem – would be the newest residential area in Austin and aims to accommodate first-time house buyers of all family sizes. The company had stressed that the customers who will buy lots in this new community are those who wish to live in Austin and construction is expected to begin in 2016.
