Another Office Building in Austin Hits the Market

Another office building in Austin recently hit the market.  Ladera Bend, a 160,000 sf three  building complex located at 7300 FM 2222 in Northwest Austin is for sale.  The sales price has not been disclosed yet.  There is a lot of investment activity in the Austin market as office vacancy continues to shrink and investors eager to tap into the Austin commercial real estate scene.  Read the full story here
