Another office space leased by SpareFoot at Perry Brooks Building! SpareFoot Inc. has expanded and leased additional square footage at Perry Brooks Building located at 720 Brazos Street in Austin. This was known to the public just after the web-based company announced the addition of 25 workers for their call center. SpareFoot was lucky to have the 8,054 square feet on the 1st Floor and the 2,950 square feet on the 5th floor of the said building due to the tight competition on vacancy.
The company is an online marketplace for self-storage units. SpareFoot Inc. employs 160 workers and expects to grow its number of employees to 190 at the end of this year.
