Athenahealth, a healthcare technology and software company that focuses on electronic health records has inked a deal with the city of Austin for an incentive package in return for a commitment to bring over 607 jobs to Austin over the next 10 years.
They currently have a smaller office at the Domain however when ready for occupancy they plan on occupying 110,000 sf of office space at the Seaholm Power Plant currently under redevelopment. The incentive package consists of over $679,000 from the city of Austin, as well as a $5M grant offered by the Texas Enterprise Fund
