According to an article in Forbes Magazine Austin, Tx has climbed the ranks over last year to become the 3rd coolest city in America! Results were based on a number of factors including arts & culture, recreation, food, recreational activities, and demographics ranging from ages 20 to 34.
Obviously Austin scored high on arts and culture since we are the Music capital of the world and scored the lowest on recreation. Even with all of our options on outdoor activities we could not be out the other cities……wow!
Washington D.C. was #1 followed by Seattle. Other Texas cities on the list include Houston (#4), Dallas (#11), and San Antonio (#15).
