Alan Graham was invited by Urban Land Institute to discuss the plan of a community first village which will be developed in East Austin. The plan is designed for the homeless. Graham’s group started their ministry and vocation of helping less fortunate people in 1998.
Their plan of building the first community village is to welcome back the homeless to Austin community. Graham also pointed out that their plan is not really the solution for the problem, but it will bring the homeless some relief into their lives.
