An Austin Engineering Company Acquired by Big Red Dog

Johnson Consulting Engineers Inc., which is based in Austin, was acquired by another company from Austin, the Big Red Dog Engineering and Consulting. The transaction was kept confidential by Big Red Dog’s CEO, Will Schnier.

The total number of workers will increased by 70 individuals due to the acquisition. Also, the forecasted revenue will be over $10 million this year.

Big Red Dog was founded 2009 and tagged by Austin Business Journal as one of the Fast 50 firms and companies.
David Johnson of Johnson Consultant Engineers will become the MEP practice leader and vice president of Big Red Dog.
