Cream of the crop: Mollie Duckworth, Joey Gray and Evan Young have been recently promoted lawyers assigned at Austin law office. Together with the other 10 new lawyers who are also assigned at the other office branches, they are now proud employees working at the law firms.
Representing companies involved in acquisition and mergers and investment and issuers, Duckworth was assigned in this banking firm where private placement and public offerings are involved. Gray was allocated on matters of intellectual property, focusing on litigation of patent. On the other hand, the trial and litigation for appellate were given to Young. It was known that the latter has an experience in case arguments in U.S. Supreme Court and the Supreme court of Texas.
