The annual meeting held at New York City by the prestigious Urban Land Institute has drawn a lot of real estate players this year. It includes 50 members from Austin. It is a good sign for Austin since it was ranked second place for real estate development and investment in the United States.
Many big names have attended the said gathering including Joshua McClure, founder and CEO of RealMassive. Also in the event was Matt Whelan of RedLeaf Properties LLC and Live Oak-Gottesman.
Austin is now considered a high-profile gateway to real estate business that can compete locally and globally.
