In order to fund their relocation to their new Austin HQ in North Austin, the St. Vincent de Paul nonprofit sold off their South Congress property to Santo del Sur LLC. According to the public records, Santo del Sur LLC was able to purchase the property after receiving a loan and in turn, allowed the community service organization to support their move. The property was owned by both the organization and The Ladies of Charity Austin for the past 30 years. When asked about their North Austin move, St. Vincent stressed it would allow them to reach out to more Austinites.
