The city of Austin has improved its ranking on Forbes magazine’s Coolest Cities in America. It is a huge jump to the Number 3 spot as opposed to last year’s ranking of just Number 19 on the said category.
Austin has worked its way to the top spot, improving on the criteria of arts and culture, diversity, population proportion, food, and migration stats.
It has achieved the highest score in the category of arts and culture because Austin is known for live music and entertainment. The room for improvement, on the other hand, is on the field of recreation index.
