Austin Small Businesses Most Positive in U.S

According to a study done by Dell Inc., Small businesses in Austin are among the most positive in the U.S. about the future of their business growth.  They are highly optimistic about the potential for improvements and growth in finances, sales, and opportunities in 2013.  More and more startups and small business are reling on technology investments to continue this growth trend.
