Social Solutions Global Inc. a company based in Baltimore recently acquired an Austin-based software provider, Community TechKnowledge Inc. The detail of the deal was not disclosed including the date of completion. Community TechKnowledge announced the said deal after the approval of the board of directors of the two companies.
The partnership of both companies will focus on management software and suite of outcomes. Community TechKnowledge started its operations in the year 1999. It is a developer of outcomes management software. It has a total of 60 employees who serves more than 18,000 customers. Social Solutions Global Inc. has 215 employees.
