Four startups from the Austin area last week were able to receive investment capital. These are according to the filings made with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
Nuve Inc., a startup on security technology came up with $3.8 million investment from eight investors. Their proposed budget for the funding was $5.2 million.
Omni Water Solutions Inc. was able to raise $4.6 million funding out of their planned $6 million from thirteen investors.
Pivot Freight Inc. collected the sum of $2.8 million financing from 22 different investors.
SailPoint Technology Holdings Inc. raised $247,902 worth of funding from fifteen investors.
