For the third week of this month, two startup companies in Austin were able to raised funds. Schoox Inc. and Quarri Technologies Inc. filed new filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Training software developer company, Schoox, reportedly received a capital investment worth $1 million from one investor. Last year, it was also able to raised $2.9 million funds from a single investor.
Meanwhile, the SEC filing of Quarri Technologies showed that it raised $1.6 million from 49 investors. Last year, 36 investors gave out $697,169 capital to the startup company. Quarri Technologies creates software for data security of corporations.
