Austin-based technology consulting firm, BestFit Mobile Corp. will be under the umbrella of Software Paradigms International Group LLC as it was acquired by the latter. The news came straight from the firm’s president, Bret Cunningham. However, the acquisition details were not disclosed in public.
BestFit Mobile was established in 2009 and has 10 workers. The firm is famous for its iBeacon technology, which allows consumers to receive product and store info through Bluetooth while shopping in retail stores.
Meanwhile, Software Paradigms International Group is based in Atlanta and offers products and services to clients in Canada, Australia, Brazil and Singapore.
