Micheal Kennedy is now the managing director of Avison Young’s Austin office because of the acquisition process. The new AY office is the 3rd branch in Texas.
Micheal Kennedy also mentioned that it Commercial Texas had been considered to align with international network in the past, but nothing was rightly catered from an employee and a customer service standpoint.
It was also mentioned that Avision Young Company was the one to offer the acquisition plan, and they said that the idea made sense. CEO and chairman of Avison Young, Mark Rose said that the acquisition was a big brand-elevating event for the company in Austin and throughout Texas.
