Austin startup, Bee Cave Games, a social media and mobile games developer that specializes in casino games has recently raised $1.4 million in seed funding. Founded in 2012 by industry veterans and former Zynga developers they were able to raise the intial funding by employees, investors, and other strategic investments from companies such as Glu Mobile, Inc.
Their first game, Blackjack Casino is currently being tested on Facebook, however others will soon follow on other platforms such as tablets, web, ios, and Android. The company currently has 9 employees and has an office in downtown Austin.
