An entity based in Houston has acquired the prime property formerly known as Casa Lago Resort. This is located north of Lake Travis.
About 10 years ago, the hotel and resort was sold by the IRS to individuals who had great plans for the property. It was not known when it closed and been demolished.
Josh Hubka and Joyce Jane Weedman are the brokers who announced the completion of the sale of the property located at 1900 American Drive. From downtown Austin, it is just a 30-minute drive.
The resort was priced at $1.8 million by CCI Funding 1 LLC.
