Burlington HiVE Redefining the Office

A new, fun and cozy workspace is yet to astound every freelancer, entrepreneur and professional at Village Square, Burlington. The idea was conceived by 32-year-old Shaun Pennell, as he plans to change the stereotypical work offices to a fresh, bright and creative collaborative workspace. The impression deems to promote creativity and employee retention. It is a perfect solution for small businesses to start without having to bother consuming home spaces and immediate possession of an office.

Burlington Hive is just located downtown and is conveniently adjacent to the town’s amenities like the park, pubs, transits, restaurants and lake. It is first to be built in the city though such co-working spaces are already growing popular at Toronto and Hamilton.

Pennell carefully designed the co-working space with enough desks, conference room, meeting rooms and event space. Recreation like theatre room, Ping-Pong table and the likes are also available.

The space can accommodate up to 100 members and to have access to all features including free coffee, Wi-Fi and 2 hours boardroom reservation, a membership fee of $199 is required. There is also additional fee for the use of mailbox, locker, gym and parking lot.
