Zilliant Inc recently relocated to the Perry Brooks Tower located in Downtown Austin at 720 Brazos St. What once was a depressing looking 24,000 sf vacant garage is now a very cool space that helps inspire their employees to focus, collaborate, learn, and socialize.
Architectural firm, Gensler Inc had their hands full however ended up designing a space that gives employees choices in how and where they work. Similar to what other companies are doing they used a lot of glass, natural light, huddle spaces, and other collaborative spaces with a variety of creative furnishings.
