Consilience Software acquired by Xerox

Austin based Consilience Software has recently been acquired by Xerox Corp.  The company develops case management and workflow automation software for state, local, and government agencies.  Consilience is located in Northwest Austin in 8,283 RSF of office space at the Four Points Centre Building I, and employees 40 people.  The company which was founded in 2002 plans on continuing operations in Austin, Texas, as well as in Boston and Australia.
