Dallas based Westmount Realty Capital has recently purchased the 13 building, 537,000 sf Industrial property known as Braker Center which is located around Braker lane and Metric Blvd. It’s currently being used as light warehouse & office use however the new owners plan on investing over $1.5 million to turn it into value based office space.
Some of the current tenants include, George P. Johnson Co, Allergan Inc (which is located at 11109 Metric Blvd), State of Texas, and Revenue Cycle.
