The Village of Salado, which is north of Austin, will be having its greatest community change in history as it experiences a mixed-use development.
The Sanctuary Development, the planner for the development in North Carolina, will be the company that will handle the project for Salado.
The said mixed-use development will compose of 400 hotel rooms, 350 apartments, 525 homes, 345,000 square feet of restaurant s and retail stores, 65,000 square feet office spaces and an outdoor concert venue.
As per the CEO of Sanctuary Development, Robert Sulaski, it will be a worthwhile experience as you drive down the street.
