MetCenter Business Park located in Southeast Austin on Metro Center Dr was recently purchased by Digital Realty Trust, a San Francisco based real estate investment trust (REIT) for $31.9 million. MetCenter Business Park is a six building portfolio that was developed by Zydeco Development and is currently 90% occupied.
Met Center is Southeast Austin Class A Industrial/Warehouse business park located next to Austin Bergstrom International Airport. It is one of the only Industrial properties that has redundant power of over 400 megawatts and fiber.
