Downtown Austin Office Building to be Built at Brick Oven Pizzeria Site

There is a new downtown Austin office building currently in the planning phase. What is currently Brick Oven Pizzeria located at the corner of 12th and Red River St., will soon become a 152,160 sf 20 to 40 story office or medical office building. The initial plans include 30,432 sf of medical office, 45,648 sf office space, 7,608 sf retail space, and 68,472 sf for condos. If the new Austin medical school and teaching hospital are built in the coming years this project will will do well.
