Frost Bank Tower – Located at 401 Conress Avenue this office building continues to lead the pack in terms of high lease rates.  After 911 the Frost Bank Tower was the first skycraper in the U.S. to start construction which was completed in 2004.  It’s also the 3rd tallest office building at 515 feet tall.  Current asking lease rates are $34 + $17.23 NNN or $51.23 sf Gross.

100 Congress Avenue – 100 Congress is the 15th tallest building in Austin, Tx at 328 feet tall.  Current asking lease rates are $33 + $17.33 NNN or $50 sf Gross

Colorado Tower – Located at 303 Colorado St Colorado Tower is one of the newest office buildings in downtown Austin.  It will be opening in December 2014 and is in the hear of the warehouse district.  Asking lease rates are $33 + $14.49 NNN or $47.49 sf Gross

300 W 6th – This class A office building is the 14th tallest in downtown Austin.  Asking lease rates are $32 + $16.13 NNN or $48.13 sf Gross

NorthShore – Located at 500 W Cesar Chavez in the heart of the Second Street retail district this will be one of the newest office buildings in downtown Austin.  Expected delivery date is October 1st, 2015.  Asking lease rates are $32 + $15 NNN or $47 sf Gross.
