Edelman Public Affairs Office Space Targets Younger Workforce

In an effort to retain and attract a younger workforce Edelman Public Affairs redesigned their office space.  They wanted to create a cool urban artsy feel, create more open area, increase efficiency, and increase the amount of collaborative and meeting space.  By doing this their employees have reported having more pride in their workspace and feel a closer connection to Edelman as a whole.  Their space can now accommodate more people and they have increased collaboration space and efficiency.
