Previous Employees filed a lawsuit because they were cheated by the management out of more than half million from tips of high-dollar customers. Eight former employees of Rio Rooftop Pool Lounge & Restaurant from West Sixth Street of Austin filed a complaint of being cheated of more than $500,000. The Suite was filed last Wednesday against Nate Paul, who is a rising Austin Real Estate star and Rio Equity LLC. However, both Rio’s owner and Paul deny all allegations, and they are required to respond within the next thirty days.
