According to the info-graphic, Austin is one of the most expensive office investments in the US. At an average of $269 per square foot, Austin landed on the seventh spot of the list. Surprisingly, Austin surpassed the price in Los Angeles and Seattle. The first and second spot goes to Manhattan and Washington D.C.
