Flexible working was once only allowed for those employees in outside sales or executive roles however today that has changed. Now in order to remain competitive and have the ability to easily attract, recruit, and retain good employees companies must be more flexible in where and when their employees work.
According to a recent Regus survey of 2600 business owners over 70% believe that flexible working improves companies ability to attract and retain new talent. Flexible working is believed to promote more healthier, productive energized, and motivated employees and gives them a more balanced lifestyle.
Over half of the respondents said that workers are more likely to turn down a job where flexible working was not allowed, and employees were more likely to stay longer.
