Former executives of ArthroCare Corp. were given their prison terms on Friday for their participation in a $750 million scheme. The convicted were Michael Baker, company CEO, and Michael Gluk, Chief Financial Officer.
Baker was given a sentence of 20 years while Gluk received 10 years after their conviction on a federal jury in the case that involved the misappropriation of ArthroCare products. The sold products were being hidden in a warehouse in Florida.
Senior Vice President David Applegate and John Raffle also were convicted in the said case. They were given 60 months and 80 months in prison respectively.
