Former GlobalSCAPE Inc CEO James Bindseil is now working on a new startup with Austin tech veterans called Tailwind Business Ventures. The software startup was launched in July and aside from Bindseil, the founders of the startup include Paulo Vieira of Integritas Solutions and Mark Stavrou of Clear Measure Inc. The startup works with senior engineers in the country and teams abroad through Integritas and develop a customized software that would help their enterprise clients. The startup also aims to create software for other industries and fill the current gap on software that is compatible in every system. However, the startup said that it does not see itself as an information technology services or managed service company given the nature of information technology.
