Gateway Shopping Center located at 9607 Research Boulevard is about to lose Whole Foods Market as one if it’s biggest anchor tenants! Sometime next year Whole Foods will be relocating it’s retail store at the Domain in North Austin. Existing tenants need to consider their future at this location because it’s typically not a good thing when a major tenant like this moves out. Hopefully another well known tenant with a good customer draw will fill the vacancy. If not the future is unknown for the Gateway shopping center store owners.
