We have been excited with Google Fiber coming to Austin and little that we know that Big G fiber is already quietly on the move asking for the permits it needs to hook its high-speed network in Austin!
There was an unverified map that was posted in Reddit community where Google applied for the permits. Good news for people who are in South Austin because the list includes this area to dig new cable routes or on existing telephone polls.
