Construction has begun on Riverplace Medical Plaza, a new 36,000 sf medical office development located at 6611 Riverplace Blvd. in northwest Austin. The plan is for the building to open its doors in mid-2013. Hardin Construction has been chosen to build it and future tenants include Texas Urgent Care, a Austin Pain Associates, and others. The property is being developed by Onair development.
