HFF successfully executed sales transactions involving a total of 314,399 sq ft Class A suburban Austin office space. HFF represented Intercontinental Real Estate Group that sold the Stonecreek I, Stonecreek II and Canyon at Wild Basin buildings. The monetary details of the deals were not reported.
The Stonecreek I and Stonecreek II were bought by Crow Holdings Capital – Real Estate. About 97.9% of the two building are rented by Century Link, Time Warner, Intellimark, CoreLogic, TSMC, and Siemens.
The Canyon at Wild Basin was procured by CapRidge Partners. About 80% of the building is leased by technology and software firms.
