The Hill Country Galleria located in Bee Cave Tx was recently purchased by the California State Teacher’s Retirement System. The purchase price is currently unknown however it was significantly higher than the $75 M that REIT Management & Research paid for it in 2010. REIT bought the Hill Country Galleria out of bankruptcy.
Adrian Overstreet the current GM was not available for comments however the Galleria is currently 95% occupied and is considered to be Bee Caves downtown area.
