The Hill Country Galleria shopping center was auctioned off for $75 million way back in 2010. Due to bankruptcy, Phoenix-based Opus West Corp. turned over the management of the shopping center to Chicago-based REIT Management & Research LLC.
Just recently, the Hill Country Galleria, Bee Cave, Tx shopping center that has Dillard’s, Whole Foods Market Inc. and Dick’s Sporting Goods as anchor tenants was again sold to the California State Teacher’s Retirement System. However, the sale price was undisclosed.
The Austin Business Journal has been trying to contact Adrian Overstreet, general manager of HCG, and pension fund company but both parties declined to comment.
