Homebuilder needs rezoning to proceed with unique project in Northwest Austin

Austin’s MileStone Community Builders has recently released their intentions on creating 82 homes in the neighborhood of River Place and also help in creating a residential center for people with Autism in the same area. According to the report of the Austin American-Statesman, the homes to be built in the neighborhood would be priced from $700,000 to $900,000 and the company has also stressed they will even pay for the improvements of the site and other buildings. It is expected that the Zoning and Platting Commission will decide on the proposal on Tuesday regarding MileStone’s request to rezone the project for its plan to work.
