Whitestone REIT has recently paid $37.5 million for the 109,892 square foot Quinlan Crossing Retail Center for its expansion in the Austin market.
Recently, the company purchased two additional shopping centers for its expansion project for an estimated amount of $45 million. Another purchase was done in the Texas Highway Davenport Village, but the price was not given out in public.
The acquisition of all these properties would enable Whitestone to cement itself as a contender for the market in every location; a goal the CEO aims to achieve and show Whitestone’s capacity to investors and potential clientele.
